Here's a tentative schedule -- please look over and send me changes within
the next 48 hours so we can get this out to folks.

Friday:

People start arriving during the day.

6p.m.  Intro Dinner Theater (Dinner provided by the Urbana-Champaign IMC).

7p.m.  Workshops on Audio, Video, and Photo equipment; interviewing
techniques.

8:30p.m.  Production Workshops begin to create news for local radio, Free
Speech Radio News, Free Speech T.V., the Public i, websites, etc.






Saturday:

9a.m.  Breakfast (Breakfast provided by the Urbana-Champaign IMC) and
morning stretches and yawnings.

10a.m.  Focus on establishing and developing Indymedia in your community.

		--solutions to problems and information exchange

1p.m.  Break for lunch (Lunch NOT PROVIDED) -- till 3: continued work on
production.

3p.m.  Networking Indymedia

		-- solutions to problems and information exchange

6p.m.  Dinner and production (Dinner provided by the Urbana-Champaign
IMC).

8p.m.  PickAxe Indyfilm -- benefit for the founding of IMC Nigeria.




Sunday:

9a.m.  Breakfast (Breakfast provided by the Urbana-Champaign IMC) and
morning stretches and yawnings.

10a.m.  Informal networking & unfinished production continuing as needed.

12p.m.  Urbana-Champaign IMC Steering Group weekly meeting -- All are
invited!

GATHERING OFFICIALLY ENDS.  But, here are some other events you are
welcome to attend:

1:15p.m.  Urbana-Champaign IMC Newsgroup weekly meeting.

2p.m.  Urbana-Champaign IMC Radio production weekly meeting.

3p.m.  Urbana-Champaign IMC Print media (Public i) weekly meeting.

6p.m.  Anti-War, Anti-Racism Efforts (AWARE) at the YMCA on campus --
directions will be provided.

7p.m.  Weekly Sunday Sing -- bring an instrument and yourself -- goes till
midnight at the earliest and located at The School for Designing a
Society: 409 North Race Street (5 Blocks from the Urbana-Champaign IMC)
