[Imc-outreach] Public Access Opportunity

running the film reel on public access sounds is a good idea.  i think
mark enslin may know how to do it, but you would need to take this on as a
project to make it happen.  i'm hoping you will see it through to the end
as it would be a great outreach opportunity.
