INTROS:
ellen, jane, meghan, cyrus, sascha, sooz(with rubber bands!), 
faith

SWEETCORN FEST:
susan from shows, mike L, & andrew have volunteered.  
ellen is 6-8pm friday 
cyrus&meghan 8-10 friday

sooz is 11am-1 sat
andrew couple hours after 2pm on saturday
mike is 2-4pm sat
jane is 8-10 sat.  

open shift times are: FRIDAY TIMES: 4-6pm 10-11pm (cleanup); 
SATURDAY TIMES:10-11(setup), 1-2pm, 4-8pm, after 6pm.  please 
sign up for 2 hour blocks (or more! bring a friend!)

YWC:
it was great! young womens club came for a successful tour.  
it was an effective form of  outreach.  6 people came.
they were really interested in the way the imc works, cop 
watch, rfu, and non-hierarchical organization. they were
really cool kids!

COPIER:
ellen drew up a draft. some discussion.  in meantime proposal:
each working group gets a code as an ad hoc measure.  copying 
is on honor system.  the operating costs of the 
copier might be able to be covered by aquiring monthly 
sustaining membership donations.  this will be explored and
reported to steering.

FUNDRAISING LETTERS:
checks are coming in. hooray!  phone bank is next wednesday 
at 7pm.  someone else has the imc booked for that time.  
reschedule?  zach any ideas?  still need a list from faith.  
we'll figure it out next meeting.
