[Imc-outreach] the upcoming meeting

Allrighty, folks, there is a membership meeting coming up and a annual report to create!  Lets report, each of us, on where we are at with our parts in it.

For my part, I have contacted both the video group and the gallery head with no response recieved.  I have just sent out additional corespondence and plan to corner mr.jpw and attend the video meeting this week.

On other tasks, I have the prices for our signs and the go ahead from Sascha to spend the money and get re-imbursed.  Now, we need to get them designed.  I think I can do that, unless anyone else wants to take it on.  I will be creating a sign this coming week about the upcoming membership meeting to put up at the IMC.

So, where are you guys at?  Stand and deliver!  ;)
