[Imc-outreach] draft for the Hub

Hey Meghan,

I think the draft is looking good. I haven't finished my first cup of coffee this morning so I can't say that I gave it a close
read. But one thing that did stick out to me, is that the orientation is also for people who know about the IMC and are
looking for new or different way to plug in. I might also say something about learning about the structure of the IMC and
how things actually get done (which I think is a mystery for many people who may be fairly involved). In short I guess I
don't want to have someone who has maybe attended a few meeting (or more) but who doesn't feel that the know very
much about the IMC to feel like, the orientation isn't for them. I was going to try to suggest some language for another
clause or two to stick in, but then I realized that I didn't have enough coffee, because I was only coming up with really
clunky and/or dumb things!

Thanks for writing this!

Ellen
