[Imc-outreach] the upcoming meeting

i have contacted the librarians and am writing the thing for finance. i am
admining the list, which has been low traffic and no work.

i am compiling a membership list this evening - whenever i get it done.

i also signed on to write the handbook text but have now forgotten what
that was. membership handbook? benefits of membership? help me out!
