[Imc-outreach] upcoming meeting

i'm fairly sure that "noon" was the time mentioned to me by various
people, though i would totally not argue if we could move that to 2 or 3
p.m. because the night before is my mom's birthday party, and i'm going to
be up late celebrating.

monday works for me though. 7 pm? IMC?
