[Imc-outreach] Fwd: weft psa

When ever I've done a PSA for WEFT I've printed it out on card stock (or taped it to card stock 5 x 7) and walked it into the booth and put it in the PSA box. I'm sure I'm violating some kind of procedure there. I have put on the header: PSA: IMC orientation (in the upper right) and Kill Date: what ever the date of the event is (in the upper right). Also what the  "crack team of PSA editors" looks for is language like "we invite you" or other things that make it seem like WEFT is endorsing the event, and maybe something about money, and probably other things that I don't know about at all. So I've been sure to make my PSA's just containing factual information.

We can just print it out and drop it off to be processed by the
PSA fairies.
