Hey Sascha,

Sorry for the delayed response.  I discussed this with the people who handle
making and getting out our psoters and we have another problem to consider.
We don not have a hi-res printer to print our posters to then make copies of
them.  What do you guys use for this.  As for your questions, my thoughts
were that we agree to take care of maitenance and upkeep (but this would not
include supplies such as paper).  I am not sure on what the deal is with
Toner but I am sure we could figure that out (I am just not up on the ins
and outs of copiers).  Monthly donation may work out as well.  I still have
to get logistics worked out on my end as well.  To be honest my people
weren't real excited about the idea because a) as I mentioned we do not have
a quality printer, and b) it puts more work on my people (they like just
sending it and it is done), but if we could make it save us some money and
helps the IMC I am sure we could work it out.
