Community Shares

We get money from people donating to us through community shares.
People also can donate to CS in general. We get a percentage of this
general donation based on our participation in CS. For every 30
points we get a share. A share is worth ~ $1,000 – $1,500. There are
lots of ways to get involved. Things that promote community shares
such as stories or their logo on fliers get us points. So there are
ways that many working groups can be involved.

The Share a Meal is coming up on March 8th and a percentage of the
cost of food will be donated to the designated organizations. So go to
Kennedy's, Milo's, or Silver Creek on March 8th and say you want your
donation to go the UCIMC!

Boneyard Arts Festival

Boneyard is April 15 and 16. Basic venue entrance fee is $25. Jane
will talk to shows tomorrow to see if there is interest in hosting an
event.

If you are interested in hosting some kind of art event April 15-16 at
the IMC contact Jane.
