So, before I sent out the announcement, I thought I'd run our event by our 
space coordinator. this is what he said:

"Socialist Forum meets in the front area on Saturdays, I think at
2pm. They don't rent the space so they don't have any guarantees but
it'd be polite to let them know what is going on and to reschedule if
rescheduling is convenient for all parties."

My thought is we should contact SF (Mike? Belden?) and see when they get 
done and just schedule the party a little later. I think we said 3 before, 
so we could easily move to 3:30 or 4 right?
