Community Shares

We have 5 points so far (30 points/annually is a share, which is worth
aprox. $1000). We have to report the number of points quarterly, the
form to do this is in the binder in the outreach box.

Tuesday, March 8th is Share a Meal. Eat at Kennedy's, Milo's,
SilverCreek and say you want to give your share to IMC. In addition to
the percentage of the meal cost, the IMC also gets a point for every
person they send to Share-a-Meal.

If you are interested in knowing how you can help the IMC get more
points contact outreach.

Donation

We got a donation for $300 that came in on the new brochure! YAY!

Boneyard

No one from shows has shown interest in putting on an event.  If
you're interested in hosting an art event on April 15-16 contact Jane
not_so_plane_jane at yahoo.com.


Orientation

Orientation is Saturday, Meghan, Jane, and Arun have fliered downtowns
and campus town. Might be worth mailing some flyers to agencies.
Ellen gave a PSA to WEFT
Jane gave an announcement to the Hub, but the issue is coming out late
(Friday night).
A PSA was given to WBCP  
Meghan will bring in a list of stations and PSA from other radio
stations for future use.
Dave P will represent video
Lynsee will represent RFU
Ellen will represent Library
Jane will represent Outreach

Still need reps for PRINT, RADIO, FINANCE, SHOWS!!

Snacks? Jane will bring soda, Meghan will bring cookies (to jane's),
Ellen will bring chips.
