[Imc-radio] annual report (fwd)

Danielle, I've made the decision to just produce a compilation of the
usual sort of "group reports" for the membership meeting and will be
producing the super fancy impressive high quality informative Annual
Report after the membership meeting. So don't worry about doing Too
Much on this. We can work on generating cool statistics and graphs and
impressive history after the membership meeting.
