Blanco begins here by recounting his own experiences as one whose views have not always been in line with prevailing policy, even though he stands within the Revolution. This illustrates concretely how Cuba has dealt with such differences. He then goes on to talk about how it deals with dissenters -- those who are outside of and against the Revolution.]
