The chart shows Public Citizen voting scores for the IL congressional delegation. Public Citizen tracks issues such as corporate globalization, health care, and environmental safety.  House Speaker Dennis Hastert is there on the left, with a "0%" rating.  Urbana is in the 15th district, formerly represented by Tom Ewing, now by Tim Johnson.  Johnson, along with several other Illinois Republicans, is a sponsor of the Fast Track bill, H.R. 2149.
