[Imc-supervisors] Copier Access for AmeriCorps members

Hello everyone,

I'm writing because of a request from Books to Prisoners - they have the
only real photocopier in the building and it has been getting used by the
AmeriCorps members quite a bit lately.  They are happy to share the resource
if other groups are willing to pitch in on the cost.

Books to Prisoners pays $102.50/mo for 2000 copies (above 2000 copies costs
an additional 4 cents/copy) and this includes any repairs, parts, toner,
etc.   Also, if there is interest, they are willing to look into the cost of
a leasing a better machine.  We have regular printers in all the offices,
but they won't work for larger jobs like flyers.

So,  AmeriCorps members - do you anticipate this being a need?  Supervisors
- would you be willing to talk to your groups about pitching in on the cost
of the copier?

Finance is willing to pay $20/month for me and Meme.

BTP asks that we just remember to bring our own paper - Joy and I regularly
stock up on paper and we can provide that for the AmeriCorps.
