[Imc-supervisors] Can we have a mediated discussion?

Hi folks-

I am assuming it's wanted that I attend this meeting at 3:45 as a professional 
mediator (i.e., to use my skills to help each person understand the others 
concerns and find an understanding that serves everyone well). 


If not, please give me a call: 344-8324

If this is to be a mediation between Carol and Brian, I'm unclear what the role 
of other supervisors would be, unless they also have a specific conflict with 
Carol or Brian themselves. However, we can determine at the time who is 
appropriate to participate in the discussion and/or mediation.

I would like to suggest that a couple other folk participate in this mediation.  
I have ccd the imc-supervisors list to see if someone would be available to sit 
in on this discussion today at 3:45 p.m.  If you are available to assist, please 
let me know right away.  I apologize for the short notice.  The preference is to 
have someone who is not involved in the issue at this point.
