[Imc-supervisors] AmeriCorps recruitment clarifications

I haven't seen these advertised on local lists yet.  What is the outreach
plan and who is heading it up?  Carol, I assume you are playing a
substantial role in this at Program Director - can you help clarify?

I am very willing to help but don't want to repeat work that is being done.
