[Imc-supervisors] Working Group Re-Application Confirmation - URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED

Hello Carol,

We discussed this issue a few weeks ago at a finance meeting. The finance
group consensed to retaining the building coordinator position and in fact
would like to retain Meme as the building coordinator.
