[Imc-supervisors] Summer Time Away

Good afternoon Members,

We are in our last two quarters of the year and need to look forward for any
time members are planning to spend on vacation.  If you have plans to be
away in the next two quarters, please turn in your time-away forms to me by
June 1.  I'm trying to put together two professional development trainings
and (1) end of the year retreat for us.  Also, our calendars still are not
reflecting our OnCorps hours.  For the last two quarters, we are responsible
for ensuring that our Google calendars illustrates our daily activities that
we claim in our OnCorps calendars, they must match.  Members who refuse to
complete their Google calendars will have ther time sheet rejected until a
time audit can be verified with your google calendars.  This is one of the
areas that we did not have strong documentation for during our site visit
but were not flagged by our Program Officer, just asked to improve.  I want
to get us in line with the requirements in this area.
