Instruments: Each booth or event will be equipped with sign-up sheets.
Interested community members will
share name and email addresses to be recorded in the UCIMC database and
numbers will be
collected for monthly reports, so that the UCIMC can keep track of overall
progress.

contact information as well as relationship
information. Names collected at these events can then be checked against new
volunteer and
visitor names.

Instruments: Monthly State AmeriCorps report and Steering meetings will
record all new programs and
developments within the UCIMC.

whom will become committed volunteers who use the UCIMC's resources to
target and address
shared community needs.
