Good morning All Supervisors,

We are required to submit all recorded in-kind hours to Springfield, for a
supervision audit.  I am requesting that you update all of the hours you've
used in supervising your member.  This is a requirement of the program and
helps us to meet our grant match.  If you've already done that, thank you.
If you haven't, please carve out the time necessary to bring your in-kind
supervision hours current.  Those who are supervisors' of members who exited
in August, please update your in-kind hours and submit your in-kind form to
me for the total hours donated.  Finally, we will resume supervisors'
meetings on September 7, 2011.  The initial meeting will take place at noon
at which time, we can discuss an alternate day and time, if necessary.  We
will meet monthly from that point on.  Thank you,
