Good afternoon,

This is just a reminder that we have a requirement to submit time sheets on
time.  The period goes from 1 - 15th & 16 - last day of month.  OnCorps
time sheets must be submitted on the last day of each period, i.e. 15th or
30th (31st).  Paper time sheets can be turned in the next business day,
i.e. 16th, or 31st (1st).  If you have had more than three time sheets
late, the next payroll (22nd of December) will be withheld until the end of
service.  Time sheet submission is an audit finding if members fail to
submit in a timely manner.  Please print this message and keep it for
future reference.  There will be no other reminder sent about this issue.
