I think we should make a general login for finance group. So the logins would be:<br>treasurer<br>bookkeeper<br>finance<br><br>We should discuss the admin login because our new treasurer isn't around much and we need the admin to make new accounts and changes.<br>

Regarding QB logins, I'll just add on that there are only three licenses/logins available, so perhaps Joy's can be re-purposed by you should finance decide in this direction. Since Jason is likely to no be the treasurer for ?much longer?, I'd also recommend that Finance decide on who the QB admin login should be transferred to. <br>

Good morning All,<br><br>I have spoken with Joy and asked her to come in and train me to take care of the day-to-day items for finance. She has agreed but stated that she could not give me access to QB, only the finance computer. Unfortunately, we will be in a difficult position by October 22. The processing of deposits, mail, bills, etc. has to be done. I am willing to do this for the time being. What is needed is, tech to create an account for me on the finance computer and Jason, QB administrator, to give me an QB logon. If this is not the direction that the finance group wants to take, then we need a finance member who is familiar with our bookkeeping to come in and address these needs. A decision needs to be made with regard to the general office management, for which I have, by default taken on. My salary request is reasonable and would make the transition more seamless. If this is not acceptable, please let me know. <br clear="all">
