    I'm at home, using Earthlink DSL on the AT&amp;T POTS. Still showing
    open DNS here. <br>

    I only noted this because when similar outages occurred in the past,
    it typically took down both RFU and IMC -- and IMC has not had a
    problem today.<br>

              The RFU website has been showing an open DNS for the last
              half-hour or so. IMC seems fine, though.<br>
