<p>I've taken an initial look at the phone situation and done a little tracing and testing. There's a bit more to be done, though. I suspect the issue may be with wiring near the south basement door being tampered with. </p>
<p>I'll be doing a bit more research into Comcast voice and hope to work more on this Saturday.</p>
