Phil,<br>Thanks for the reply. What ya'll are doing at The Bike Project seems like it might work for other groups too. I think Books to Prisoners used to have a split of the current IMC line and when we went to Comcast voice, that stopped working. I'd like to set up somethign more robust in the future, but until then your solution seems to be working<br>

Hi Chris,<br><br>Right now The Bike Project is using Google Voice to forward to volunteers' personal phones, and we don't have an actual "phone line" wired to the basement. I'll ask the rest of the steering committee if we might be interested having a phone line (or an extension of a number), but I'm guessing that we'll probably stick with the current arrangement because it allows us to respond to inquiries without being physically present in the IMC.<br>
