Champaign County area, seeks a permanent, full-time Operations Director. </span></p>

vacancies, handles leases and venue contracts, organizes the finances and
files, and manages facilities needs. The Operations Director supervises the
UCIMC bookkeeper and maintenance personnel, manages contracts, and reports
directly to the board. </span></p>

anticipating and securing renewals, and keeping a current list of tenants. </span><br></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt">Oversees and maintains all aspects of venue contracts, e.g. signing contracts,
collecting monies, security coverage, etc.</span><br></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt">Serves as contact and manager of fiscal sponsorship agreements</span><br></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt">Keeps the UCIMC public events and internal

events and volunteer opportunities to the IMC-events listserv and posts the
