<div dir="ltr">Hi, Stewart,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I've sent out an e-mail attached .pdf of WRFU mtg. minutes
from 08/19th. I used <span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'Segoe UI Web Regular', 'Segoe UI

style="font-size: 12pt;">However, people don't seem to be
receiving it through the list serve --(BJ & Jim said
they haven't seen anything & that they've never received
anything on the list serve). Have you yourself received the
Aug. minutes through the list serve?</span></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Don & I have been around and around --he suggested that
I put the RFU part of the address in lower case instead. I
tried that and still received 2 messages --one: an error
message that seems to be based around one recipient (Daemon?)
not receiving the e-mail but with a lot of jumbled data and an
indication that the end of the message was cut off, etc; and
the other: an administrator message saying that my message was
being held for review before send-out to the list. However, I
don't believe Don has received the finalized minutes through
the list serve, either. (I think the only electronic copies he
has are from when he & I e-mailed back & forth in
order for him to approve edits of some drafts that I sent him
through his individual e-mail address).</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>There is a customer support number (480) 624-2500 in the
error msg. Hopefully, bet. help at that line and your and my
getting together about this, this can all get sorted out.
Meanwhile, I'm working on leaving a stack of envelopes in the
studio with each person's name, in which they'll receive a
hard copy of the minutes. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>What do you suggest for this problem? Can you can help me
get to the individual addresses behind that one list serve
address? If we could weed that list and I get all the names
to add to a list of airshifters and/or associates that I
already have, then maybe, from that, I can create an e-mail
group to send the minutes out to. Would you please call the
IMC (344-8820) and leave a message as to when we could meet at
the IMC or either your number and what time I should call you
so that we can work on this issue?</div>

<div>Thanks. --Sophia</div>
