Thank you for your email. Would this Tuesday at 5 pm CST work to assist you on the phone? What I am going to do is help you reset the password for the Admin of <a href="http://ucimc.org" target="_blank">ucimc.org</a> using a CNAME record. Is there any way Jay can give you temporary access to the DNS for <a href="http://ucimc.org" target="_blank">ucimc.org</a>? I would need you to add the CNAME record I will generate during our call or at least during the time I am in my office so the CNAME value does not expire.<br>

You could also help me arrange a call with Jay so I assist him with adding the value; and I will get the link sent to your email address, Tom. Let me know what your thoughts are.
