[Imc-tenants] wax floors on main space

Hi all,

I have got the green to get the supplies to wax the main space floors
(sunroom, etc.). Seeing that this may and will need the main space to be
closed off, a no walking zone.
I have look at the calendar of events and the only good day for me to do
this would be on a Sunday. Sunday has the least of events going I am
shooting for May 8th. The only groups that are scheduled to use the main
space is:
Truth Pentacostal Church Service and C4A band rehearsal.

These two group are regulars for the using of the main space. I am asking if
I could have this day? The waxing of the floors will take most of the day,
and yes I am trying to get it done in one swoop. It will be more convenient
to do so.

Now if these two group and who ever else uses the floor that I am not aware,
can not cancel for the day. Can it be possible that someone can? The weekend
is the only option seeing that the weekdays we are technically open.

Me and one of my township volunteers will be doing this task. Your probably
saying why not get more help and the answer to that is I only have one
tripping machine. I would need multiple of them if the job is to get done
more quickly. Plus, not to many people are experience in this sort of
area.
