[Imc-tenants] Rent Options for 2014

Dear UC-IMC Tenants,

The IMC Board wishes to inform you that at its regular December 17 meeting,
the Directors approved the following two options for tenants to renew their
leases if and when they expire in 2014.  Our goal is to inform you of these
options in a timely manner so that if you have questions you can contact
the IMC Operations Director and to give you time to plan your future.  We
are working to keep rental costs as low and reasonable as possible, while
attempting to meet the rising costs of operating such a large building.

We value your tenancy and do hope you will continue to rent space at the
IMC.

*RENT OPTIONS FOR 2014:*

Option One: If the tenant wishes to renew their lease for one year there
will be a 3% increase applied to their current monthly rate when their 2013
lease expires.

Option Two: If a tenant wishes to renew their lease for two years, there
will be a 3% increase applied to their current monthly rate for the first
year, and *NO* increase applied to their second year.
