[Imc-tenants] IMC building and facilities meeting, Sat. 2/2 11am

Hello IMC renters!

I'm the current chair of the IMC's building and facilities standing
committee, and I'd like to invite you to join us for our first public
meeting of 2013. *Saturday 2/2/2013, 11am in the 1st floor public computing
area at the IMC.

A number of topics will be discussed, but we will open with a public
comment time where issues relating more specifically to you may be
discussed.

This is an opportunity for you to bring concerns and I hope ideas about use
of the IMC building. Specifically, we are working on a safety and security
policy that will apply to each floor of the center. This will include
policies on locking and unlocking exterior doors, in relation to some
recent security issues.

If you cannot make the meeting and would like to discuss your ideas in
person or via email, please contact me directly.

In any case once our policy is finalized, myself or the future committee
chair will be contact with you directly to communicate the policies,
expectations of you as a renter at the IMC, and to answer any questions.
