[Imc-tenants] Second Floor Cat Walk, leaks in other parts of building

Good morning All,

I wanted to communicate a couple of recent building issues.  The large
rain fall on Monday revealed that there are breaches in the roof that
need to be addressed.  The roof is under warranty and we've contacted
the vendor to look at that problem.

As a result of the leakage, we've had books damaged in storage and
water leaking in the project room of Books-to-Prisoners.  We've also
sustained some damage to the carpet in the catwalk on the second
floor.  Mr. Russell has tried to remedy the water damage to the
carpet, with no success.  I will make an attempt to get the carpet
re-cleaned, with hopes of addressing the carpet order that has
permeated the second floor.  If not, we'll have to replace it.

Finally, if you notice any leaks in your space, please let me know
right away.  I want to let the contractor know of any other breach
areas asap.  Thanks for your patience.
