G ood Morning, 

I came to work and entered the doors by the dock area. I was able to enter building just by turning the handle. The combination was not needed. This method was done several times before , I left. 

The door leading to the second floor from the post office area was also unlocked. 

Due to cold weather instead of the usual 3 individuals in the building th e re was 7. 

We need to tighten up our awareness.
