[IMC-US] Post-approval Philly IMC concerns on IMC-US

Hello imc-us,

The Philly IMC collective meeting was too late to meet before the
approval deadline for IMC-US and we did have some concerns.
Nevertheless, our concerns were not any to block or to stop the IMC
from moving forward.


We decided as a collective that is in the purview of the IMC-US to
require it to review the mission goals in 6 months and evalutate how
they have worked.  IMC-Philly will initiate the discussion of the goal
review on the IMC-US list.  This is so any actions as how to proceed
or what changes to make or re-evaluation of IMC-US meeting its stated
purpose will originate from within before deciding if it is needed to
take the discussion outside to the global IMC collective.

I hope this input helps and keeps us on focus.
