[IMC-US] quick question on the two lists

Hi,  noticed these two lists on Sascha's last email.  the groogroo list has been dead and am wondering if I should be on the 
other list?  also, can i write global tech or whoever and have it linked to the global lists page?  it is  impossible to find the 
archives aside from a google search.
