[IMC-US] Richmond IMC election day feature

hey richmond folks:

there is a small problem with your rss feature feed which makes it
unreadable.

in the files for your dada install:
cronjobs/cron.hourly/syndicate.php
cronjobs/cron.hourly/syndicate_newswire.php

there is a missing end tag for <cc:license> which breaks the feed.

if you (or whoever does your tech stuff) fixes this, your features
will automatically get pulled in to indymedia.us
