[IMC-US] Question from Tampa Bay

Hey.

Just a question from the lurker that goes by the screen name Parking Stones. Tampa Bay IMC sent in their application to the NewIMC list on the 15th. As of this emailing, noone has responded to it. Can someone tell me what could be happening here and what happens next?
