[IMC-US] When to lift-off?

OK guys, do we have a specific day for lift-off here or do we just sort of 
ease into it?  I tend to favor an "official" launch day. Has anyone 
volunteered for the PR blitz? (i'll help!). I'm chompin' on the bit over 
here and it's a little over a week to Election day  :O
