I know the Michigan imc is also planning coverage. I've been working
with them to setup an adhoc pbx to allow many incoming calls which
roll over to people's cell phones.

If any other imc's want that, we can set it up. There is a cost, due
to it's making phone calls, of a few cents per minute.  It doesn't add
up to much, but it's something.

Also we can do call and sms blasts if folks are interested. 

There is a little more about what we're doing at smster.org. 

It's being funded by some wanky progressive democrats, but we're using
it to build up some interesting tools and services which will be
useful for imc's and other activists.
