[IMC-US] nov. 3rd actions

WMass is the homebase of The Peoples Pledge of Resistance <see: 
http://wmass.indymedia.org/feature/display/3643/index.php> both a national & 
local de-centralized campaign (and, as far as i know, the only Pledge to act 
regardless of the outcome). We'll have one or more features on election & 
post-election activity.
