[IMC-US] Info Below the Center Column

Hey John and crew!

I was curious if anything can be worked out to make the text at the bottom
of the center column more distinct from the that feature in the center
column.

And please also update this sentance, "If you'd like to get involved with
this process, join the list at ???"
