[IMC-US] fixing banners

Ahhh, full-screen....like cinemascope!  ;)

Perhaps ONCE AGAIN it's time for me to mention that ALL our banner images 
are humans. IMO, we'd do well to include some of our fellow non-human  
inhabitants on Turtle Island.
