[IMC-US] next chance to get together

The next best chance for us to gather will be at the National 
Conference for Media Reform. They've set time and space for 
independent media to caucus and present our work.

They've also set aside thousands of dollars for scholarships 
specifically for grassroots activists. But you have to apply for them 
by next Tuesday, March 1.
