hi all.  okay, so since no one has really responded and i really only 
have an idea of the coverage that portland indymedia will be offering, i 
am going to write a blurb that basically says there will be actions on 
m19, check your local indymedia for specifics, portland indymedia will 
be offering a live radio stream and call in number for folks around the 
country to call in reports of actions in their locale.

i will put this up later on today.  afterwards you can edit/update it.  
if you dont know how to edit/update it feel free to ask.  if the going 
is slow on that day, i will try my damndest to get some more 
documentation on how to use the us imc mir interface.  it would still be 
great if folks could offer some suggestions of what is confusing to them 
or where they are hung up, or what they want to do with it.

i am somewhat familiar with dada and sf-active interfaces so you can 
reference those if you want.  currently, the most problems/questions 
have been around what protocol exists and what agreements have been 
made.  to repeat once more:  ther eis no protocol.
