[IMC-US] one more thing

One more thing-- I've since realized that bht did
actually give me a heads up on how to do us.imc stuff
about a week ago in a message that I probably should
have read more carefully. So my mistake on that :) But
that still doesn't change my larger point that there
may be some people who want to be more involved in US
IMC nitty gritty but dont know how. 

Anyway, apologies for my earlier mis-speak.
