[IMC-US] Proposal: link to Paypal account for Atenco prisoners

Sorry for sending this twice but i accidently sent it before i was finished.
i dont want to be a spoil sport,
but i would rather see the paypal link on the feature than a prolonged
link on the us indymedia site.
i also wanted to mention paypal charges even more for currency exchange,
and are an evil capitalist enterprise. are there other avenues to get
funds there quickly?

also, seems to me that if we do this we should find links for people to
support the resisters in korea, victims of the green scare and other
political prisoners in the us. we dont have an effective way to do this
and it could cause problems.

whatever is decided is fine with me, just wanted to add my two.
