Is she complaining about her posts disappearing OR about someone else's
stuff? I would just have her address any complaint by email to the Web
group. This has nothing to do with Steering, as that was devolved to
Web long ago. It's a Web group thing.<br>

There's a complex story here that is directly related to UC IMC's
continuing coverage of abusive police actions. There are obviously
people in the Champaign County power structure who would like like UC
IMC's coverage of that to go away.<br>

off-limits by policy on the IMC website; if she's complaining about
something someone else wrote ending up on the floor, then??? In either
case, the posting of questions about editorial policy is a <u>very
standard policy</u> on the web. You write to the associated list, in

Good Morning!
I am not so much wanting to post a news story, but wanting to post
comments to a news story already on the website.
I am interested to know what the policies for replying to a post is at
UCIMC. My posts were not threatening, nor was there swearing. It
seemed as though they were deleted because I had a different way of
seeing things than the originator of the thread. And I am not the only
person that this has happened to, on the same thread. I really hope
that the IMC is not censoring the community conversation.
I would love to discuss further.
