[Imc] need IMC e-mail address.

sorry if this doesn't apply to you, but i'm unsure who would be able to
help me with this:

i'm beginning the process of looking for grants.  could someone create an
official "IMC" e-mail address and e-mail me with it and passwords, etc.?
this needs to be a somewhat permanent address where people can contact the
organization by sending e-mail to it.
